In 1991 he received the qualification of "Mining Engineer - Geophysicist", having graduated from the Ivano-Frankovsk Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in "Geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits".30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Professional activity was started in 1991 with a specialty of automation and control systems at the gas pumping station.
Since 1992 he worked at the Tengiz field in LLP “Tengizchevroil”, where he passed all the stages of production, from ordinary technician to head of the department of operation, maintenance, and reliability of the second generation and pumping of raw gas plant.
From 2005 to 2008, he continued his career at Agip KCO and held the positions of coordinator for local content in projects in the Operation and Maintenance department, and coordinator for pipelines and terminals.
Since 2008 he was seconded from the branch of PCLL "KMG Kashagan B.V." to Shell Development Kashagan B.V., where he worked as coordinator of the "Perfect launch" program and head of means of support and support of the management of the site readiness department.
Since 2011, he was seconded to the North Caspian Operating Company B.V., to the position of adviser on the integration of project decisions of the group on preliminary design of the Kashagan field and manager for the transfer of the Kalamkas-sea project to the Development agent.
In 2015 he was appointed to the position of head of the planning and research department of the Technical Directorate of North Caspian Operating Company N.V.
From 2016 to 2018, he served as Strategic Planning and Performance Manager/Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and Business Management, then General Manager of Operations Performance/Deputy Director of Operations.
In 2019 he was appointed to the position of director of health, labor, environment and safety of North Caspian Operating Company N.V.
In December 2020, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Development and Production of PCLL "KMG Kashagan B.V." (Branch in the Republic of Kazakhstan).
