The branch of KMG Kashagan B.V., a private limited company, in the Republic of Kazakhstan announces an open tender to select buyers for the Seller's share of sulfur (lump and granular) from the Kashagan field, offering competitive terms for the timely and safe evacuation and sale of Kashagan sulfur.
Delivery basis is FOB Ust-Luga (European Sulfur Terminal LLC).
The Agreement is valid until December 31, 2028.
Quantity: up to 350,000 metric tons (mt) per year. This quantity may be increased or decreased at the Seller's discretion.
Participants must submit their applications in a sealed envelope (if the participant has a stamp) by courier or authorized representative to the Company's address with the information required by the following documents:
Appendix 1. General provisions and technical requirements for the selection of the second buyer of Kashagan sulfur (supporting documents must be provided);
Appendix 2. List of countries with preferential taxation (offshore);
Appendix 3. Tender application form;
Appendix 4. Ownership structure and ultimate beneficial owners (UBO).

The final deadline for submitting applications to participate in the tender is 15 May 2025, 17:30 Astana time.

KMG Kashagan BV conducted an internal training on project management
Modern challenges require companies not only to complete tasks but also to effectively manage complex projects. In an effort to improve the professionalism and effectiveness of its team, KMG Kashagan BV organized an internal project management training session led by Darkhan Bekbauov, a certified project manager and one of the company's specialists seconded to the Kashagan project at NCOC NV.
During the training, Darkhan Bekbauov, Human Resources Planning and HR Information Systems Manager, shared with his colleagues the basic principles and tools of project management, as well as practical experience and knowledge accumulated over years of work. With a background in systems integration and project management, Darkhan presented a systems approach to effective management that encompasses project planning, implementation, and control.
Internal training is a key element of KMG Kashagan BV's corporate development and plays a significant role in enhancing employee professional skills, fostering their engagement and job satisfaction. Organizing training sessions with internal experts not only strengthens the team but also fosters a culture of knowledge sharing, which is especially important in a rapidly changing business environment. Strategic Session: Joining Forces to Achieve Goals and Improve Collaboration
On October 3, 2024, the Branch of Private Limited Liability Company KMG Kashagan B.V. held a strategic session attended by company management and employees seconded to the North Caspian project. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the company's strategic goals and the implementation of key objectives.
During the session, participants discussed in detail the company's priority development areas for the near future and jointly developed an action plan aimed at achieving these goals. Key strategic objectives were identified, and specific steps for their implementation were outlined.
Particular attention was paid to interaction and internal communications. Participants discussed the importance of well-established information sharing and effective cooperation between various departments and management levels. This aspect was recognized as key to the successful achievement of the company's strategic goals.
